In October 2018, Ladies First Professional Development created a special award, ‘Advocate for Women’, for Susie, in recognition of her work.
In 2019, Women & Home Magazine’s Amazing Women Awards placed Susie as one of three finalists in the ‘Improving Our Environment’ category, in recognition of her work to encourage women to make their world a better place.
In 2022, Susie was awarded ‘Resilience Warrior’ by the Single Mums Business Network.

Susie lives in Cheltenham (where she has spoken about her books at the Cheltenham Literature Festival) and enjoys all this beautiful town offers – friendship, fine food and festival.
